Coachix is a SaaS platform that lets personal trainers manage clients, training and nutrition plans, scheduling, and payments. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Service provider
Coachix is operated by ANGHEL I. I. LUCA PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, tax ID (CUI) 54989590, registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Bulevardul Bucureștii Noi, No. 136, Ground Floor, Ap. 5, Romania — contact: anghelluca14@gmail.com — in accordance with Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. Trainers are responsible for the data they enter about their clients, including obtaining any consent needed from those clients — especially for health-related data (medical conditions, injuries, medication) processed through the platform.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Free, Pro and Elite plans are available. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the standard 14-day withdrawal right for consumers does not apply to digital content or services whose performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose that right. By activating a paid plan, you request that the service start immediately, which may affect your right of withdrawal.
5. Limitation of liability
Training and nutrition plans generated by Coachix are informational and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
6. Intellectual property
The platform's design, code and branding belong to its provider. Content you create or enter (plans, client data) remains yours.
7. Account termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Romanian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence within the EU.
